Natalie relocated to Melbourne, a city known for its bustling art and design scene, and began her career as a graphic designer. She quickly gained experience working at a small design studio in Richmond. Her work there ranged from branding and marketing to the very start of website design and development.

A role that highlighted Natalie’s talents and skills was that of team leader for graphic design at Crown Melbourne, where she managed a number of high profile portfolios such as Crown Hotels, Crown corporate, human resources, loyalty, retail, events and sponsorship.

While perfecting her position at Crown, Natalie collaborated with multiple key stakeholders, to deliver continually successful high-end results. 

Natalie also excelled as graphic designer at Blue Opal and Silvan Australia Pty Ltd which lends her creative excellence to a number of diverse companies across such industries as agriculture, leisure, entertainment and the arts.
